Description
The Masterson Method is an integrated, multi-modality method of equine massage. It is a unique, interactive method in which you learn to recognize and use the responses of the horse to your touch to find and release accumulated tension in key junctions of the body that most affect performance. In contrast to most traditional modalities, it enables the horse to actively participate in the process of releasing tension. It is something you do with the horse, rather than to the horse. This participation and interaction are what makes the method fascinating for those who use it.

PEMF (Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field Therapy) is a “Massage for the cell membranes” and Enhances the body's natural ability to heal. The PEMF device creates a gently pulsing electromagnetic field that restores the health of the body at a cellular level by stimulating cell metabolism. All cells have a resting membrane potential, membranes are selectively permeable.
When cells are damaged, the membrane potential becomes less than normal which reduces metabolism and hinders the cells ability to absorb oxygen and nutrition, release wastes toxins and ultimately result in the loss of energy, increase in pain, inflammation, swelling, and disease.
PEMF restores the membrane potential back to a normal, healthy state. PEMF is “The secret to improved performance, range of motion, speed and strength”. PEMF treatments are Non-Invasive
No sedation, drugs and no known negative side effects. Results are usually noticeable after the first treatment! Electromagnetic field effects only the cells that have a low level of charge, the damaged cells are the only ones that show pulsing or twitching. PEMF can actually show where your horse is sore, while simultaneously providing relief.
We are currently finalizing details and will post prize lists and entry forms as we have them on our website calendar and in our monthly newsletter
