We are trying to be good stewards of God's gifts and also make it easy for you to know what is going on at Calvary. The actual Calvary Call can be downloaded here in pdf format!

But a few highlights are listed below! Thank-you for making my Christmas wonderful and worshipping our Savior Jesus! Stacy and the boys and I traveled to Iowa City for vacation and met up with friends. My epidural flood went well in the spine and I have less numbness. Thank-you for the prayers. Also thank-you for making Pastor Freudenburg, Hannah, and Violet feel so welcome at Calvary. He has been truly a blessing. I am eager to see what Jesus does in 2020 as we serve Jesus together to bring more and more people to know Jesus, but also equally important to grow each of us as disciples of Jesus. In Christ,

January 5 - Sunday School resumes.
January 5 - Epiphany Sunday 8 & 10:30 Worship
January 5 - Hymn Sing - 4:00pm Hope Lutheran, South Sioux City, NE Join Mira Cieslak for a Hymn sing featuring Advent, Christmas, and Epiphany Songs. Pastor Travis will share a newly composed prelude.
January 8, 2020 WNAC resumes at 5:30 PM; Epiphany Worship at 7 PM
January 16 - Book Club - The Book Club is taking a short break for the holidays. Join us at our next meeting on Thursday, January 16, at 11:30 am for a sack lunch and discussion of our book, “Educated” by Tara Westover leader will be Gloria Merry at noon.
January 19, 2020 - Life Sunday, 3rd Sunday Donut Stop after 10:30 Service
February 7/8 Youth Lock-in - from 6PM-6AM Camp Okoboji will be here to lead us through the story of the prophet Ezekiel.

The Rummage Sale: Please bring your gently used items to Calvary to be sold by the youth. They may be brought to the basement storage room off of the Blue Room. See Pastor Travis, Pastor Freudenburg or secretary Teri Mevius in the church office if you need help getting to the storage room.
