Health and Wellness Festival @ Rediscovery Centre
Saturday 11th January 2020, 10am - 3pm
The Rediscovery Centre is hosting it’s first FREE Health and Wellness Festival as part of First Fortnight on Saturday 11th January, 10am - 3pm.

First Fortnight is a festival that focuses on challenging mental health stigma, and our Health and Wellness event promises to be a hands-on and engaging chance to take a positive step into 2020.

In the wake of a new year and under the theme of physical and mental regeneration, this day-long event will consist of immersive talks, inspiring seminars, community yoga classes, food sampling and more. Topics covered include fitness, diet, community, nutrition, mental health and creativity.

It is an important opportunity to gather with the local community, learn about how we can take small steps towards a healthy lifestyle and to brainstorm about ways to begin anew, all while being under the umbrella of sustainability.

Join us to Rediscover yourself!

The event is FREE to attend and you must register, with yoga or pilates classes being €5 each. It is encouraged that people bring their own mats if possible.
