I provide health professionals, public health professionals, scientists, medical students, lived experience practitioners and patient partners with practical and personalised emotional & relational support aids for wellbeing.
One of the offerings in progress is a free e-guide to assertively respond to casual sexism & misogyny in medical school, academic and clinical settings. There will also be guidance on self-care, recovery and spotting potentially predatory behaviours on social media and what to do about it.
By subscribing, you'll receive the e-guide for free as well as occasional email about offerings for relational intelligence, conflict management, exiting narcissistic dynamics, healing, boundaries, relationship safety, connection and personal wellbeing. I will be reaching out periodically to seek feedback about your experiences in applying the content in your contexts, the outcomes and how the content can be improved.
If you don't already know me, I'm an ex-cancer/developmental biology scientist who transitioned into relational-centred practices. I'm also the co-founder of Safe Space Health, an app and community of practice that uses inquiry and reflective listening to create a soothing space for health professionals who are struggling with big questions about their professional identity, practice and loyalty to medicine to gain insight and meaning about their struggle that is healing and can facilitate personal growth & change.
I incorporate my years of training & practice wisdom in my approaches to mediation (and meditation if you read it that way!), conflict analysis & coaching, assertiveness and boundary coaching, and healing moral injury. We can all benefit from compassionate assertiveness and accountability practices in all types of relationships to facilitate mutual trust, respect and equality.
