Please join us on Jan 4 from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm at the Asbury's home, 1033 Crabapple Dr. in State College, as we celebrate with Miranda Fagan and shower her with gifts to help her prepare for the arrival of her sweet baby girl in February! We'll enjoy lunch, fellowship, and fun during our time together. At the same time, the men will be meeting with Jonathan at Irving's Bagels downtown to share advice on being a dad, while they lunch together. Tabletalk
January 2020
The January 2020 issue of Tabletalk will consider the will of God, focusing particularly on our calling and vocation. Calling is a broad word, and one question that Christians sometimes ask is, “What am I called to do?” In most cases, they are looking to identify the vocation that the Lord has for them. This is an important question indeed, but there is much mistaken teaching on this topic that offers little practical guidance, directs people to look in the wrong places for God’s will, or makes people feel like failures when they never seem to find God’s will for their lives. This issue of Tabletalk will seek to help Christians understand what Scripture has to say about God’s calling on our lives, how we can discern it, and how we can honor Him.

Tubing Night

On Friday, January 24, Youth Group kicks off the semester with Tubing@Tussey@Ten! We have reserved the entire tubing mountain, so it's just our group, so feel free to invite friends. We'll be tubing at Tussey Mountain between 10:00pm-11:00pm and enjoying some pizza in the lodge from 11:00pm-11:30pm. The cost for the event is $5 per person.
