Happy New Year! I hope 2020 is off to a fine start for everyone so far.
I'm excited to begin the year with a showing of my Fragile Planets installation piece. If you'd like a glimpse or two of the creation process, which spanned some months, click here and/or here and/or here.
This will be the first time the Fragile Planets is shown on its own. I'll be installing it this week in the smaller of the two galleries at the OAG, an intimate space which I believe will suit the work beautifully. Eveline Kolijn's multi-media installation will be in the larger gallery.
It is an honour to show alongside Eveline, whose work I greatly admire, at the dynamic Okotoks Art Gallery, which has a history of thoughtful visual art exhibitions and education programming.
