THIS WEEKS UPDATE - 6th January 2020
Good Morning and Happy New Year!
This week, Asparagus, Beans and Chinese Cabbage have increased significantly and are considered exorbitant. Green Peas have also increased in price and availability is limited in the market. Avocados have increased in price and we suspect availability may become problematic later in the week, this is due to closures in the Nullarbor with recent bushfires affecting the produce transport. Corn, Capsicum varieties and Lebanese Cucumbers have come back in price whilst staples like Broccoli, Cauliflower and Zucchini remain stable.
Cherries and Lemons (still USA varieties) have increased this week. Ruby Grapefruit has also increased, and White Grapefruit is scarce. On special again this week are Medium, Large and XL strawberries.
