Hey Running Club!
Welcome to a new semester running club. Our first practice is today! I hope everyone has a great start to classes and we will see you at practice.
A quick note for anyone joining the easy run at the Union: We have a club locker that we can use to lock up bags during the run. That way if you need to, you can come straight to practice from a class. (All of the other practices have safe places to store your belongings as well)

Training plans for Sprints, Mid-Distance, and Long-Distance can be found here. Please keep in mind that it is very early in the season and the plans are not set in stone.

We have a Facebook group (linked here), GroupMe (linked here), and Strava (linked here), which along with this newsletter and our website is how we pass along information to all of the running club's members. Once you request to join, one of our officers with approve you shortly.
