Dear <<First Name>>,

A year ago we had no idea we would be moving after 11 years on Portobello Road. Wind forward a few months and not only have we moved (just 10 minutes away) but we've been able to extend the range of printing and services we offer and to develop my conviction that London needs a new, highly personal approach to photographic printing.

I have been involved in the photographic world in London for thirty years and have always believed that a warm and friendly service should be provided alongside the highest technical standards and a truly creative partnership. The new FLOW studio is even more welcoming and we make the best coffee in West in London!

2019 was special because of our move to great new premises but also because it saw FLOW's international work extend with new clients from NZ to LA. I am grateful to all the galleries, museums and photographers who put their trust in us in 2019.

And lastly, we will be launching a new School of Photography in the coming months. We're aiming for this to be up and running by May - so keep watching this space...
