As the House Administrator for <<Department or House/Yard>>, it is your responsibility to give new leadership or staff access to my.harvard or renew the appointments for existing members of the roster.
Roles in my.harvard typically expire on December 31 or June 30. (Updating your my.harvard roster is also referred to as Managing an Advising Committee.) You can update your roster at any time, but you should review this at least once per term.
If you do not update your roster, the following staff in <<Department or House/Yard>> may lose access to student information in my.harvard:
- Faculty Deans
- Resident Dean
- Academic Coordinator
- House Administrator
- Any other roles you have assigned through the roster
