Membership Sign-ups and Friends of the Earth Workshop

For our January meeting, it's time for new members to join and existing to renew, plus we welcome Friends of the Earth for a fun, interactive session for 'Own It' – a peer support network making it simpler for women to use their money to take climate action

New members and renewals very welcome but membership will be on a first come first serve basis. Membership for the year costs £43.00 (cash or cheque only). Please bring your cheque or cash and your completed membership form.

If you can't make the meeting, you can send your cheque and completed membership form or get a friend to bring it along for you.

Doors open at 7.30pm for 8pm start at St. Andrew’s Bowling Club, Derby Road, Bristol, BS7 9AQ.

Rather than bake cakes this month if you have a surplus of chocolate left from Christmas please bring it along to donate and share! All proceeds to go to this year's charity (tbc in February).

Resolutions

Please bring any completed slips from the November issue of WI Life (we will have spares) to be included in our votes to the federation – remember India has put forward a resolution to End Modern Slavery and we'd love for this to go forward to the AGM so every vote counts.

Club News

Most clubs were on a break over the Christmas period and will re-start in the new year – more details at the meeting.
