We are just a few short weeks away from headin’ down to the Voodoo Bayou for our next Crimson Tide Cruise! We know you are anxious to make your final preparations and let the good times Rouler Tide!

But there is one very important thing you need to do before we can float this Crimson parade down Ol’ Man River and out to sea...

Check-In Online

Whether this is your first time on the Crimson Tide Cruise, or you're joining us again, be sure to take a few minutes to read through this entire email carefully for details on how to check-in online before the cruise. You are also strongly encouraged to read through our Frequently Asked Questions so that your experience can be as easy and stress-free as possible!

Here are the steps to complete Carnival's mandatory online check-in:

Step One

We have many guests who share a single email within their reservation. As a result, our emails will sometimes only reach one of those guests. So the first step is to be sure that this email has reached the right person! This email is intended for:

If the above name and email belong to you, then you're all set for Step Two! However, if they belong to any of your cabinmate(s), please forward a copy of this email to them so that they can check-in for the cruise.

All cabinmates who share the same stateroom have the same Carnival Booking Number and will be able to check-in online using the number below (Step 3). You are also able to complete the online check-in FOR your cabinmate(s), should you choose to do so. But you will need to contact them for some information you may not have readily available (passport info, emergency contact, etc).
 

Step Two

Login to your Carnival account, or create a new one by clicking here or below:

If you have sailed on Carnival before, but can't remember your login info, please do NOT create a new account. You can recover your user name, email or password by clicking the links below the login button on Carnival's site. You may also contact Carnival's Website Technical Support at (800) 845-2599.

Step Three

Once you have logged in to your Carnival account, click on "Manage" and "My Booking" in the menu, then enter the following information:
 

Booking Number:  <<CTC Booked>>
Last Name:  <<Last Name>>


Mark the "Save To Profile" box, and then click "Save".
 

Step Four

Once you have submitted your info, you will be taken to the "Cruise Manager" page for your reservation. Scroll down and locate the "My To-Do List" section of the page and click "Complete Online Check-In."  Please be sure to read through each section carefully as you enter your information.

You may also complete your cabinmate(s) online check-in at this time. However, should your cabinmate(s) check themselves in, remember that everyone in the cabin must use the same Carnival booking number.

After checking in, you will be able to print your boarding pass (very important, see below), book your shore excursions, schedule your spa visits, purchase soda packages, water for your stateroom, send gifts, etc.

Why Is It Mandatory To Check-In Before The Cruise?

To make sure Carnival has your name spelled correctly, and that it is spelled exactly as it appears on your passport or birth certificate/driver's license (legal first and last names only; middle names are NOT needed). If your name is not spelled correctly, you could be denied boarding without refund!

You must also check-in to obtain and print your boarding pass so that you can present it upon check-in at the terminal. Please note that your ASK4 Reservation confirmation for the Crimson Tide Cruise is NOT your ticket for boarding.

Finally, completing the required information in advance greatly expedites check-in at the cruise terminal. The faster you can get through check-in, the sooner your CTC experience can begin!

Print Your Boarding Pass

After you've completed your check-in, please print your boarding pass (or save a copy to your mobile device). You must have your printed boarding pass, along with your passport (or birth certificate and photo ID) in order to gain entry into the cruise terminal, and to board the ship!

NOTE: Each person in your cabin must have completed their Online Check-In in order to access and print your respective E-Docs/Boarding Passes. If you are the lead guest in your cabin, you have the option of registering and checking-in for everyone in your cabin. If you do so, please remember to print each guest's documents for them!

Passport & ID Requirements

In addition to your printed Boarding Pass and eDocs, please make sure that you have the correct travel documents. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you have the correct documentation to board the ship.

If you have any specific questions about your situation, or if you are not a US Citizen, please call US Customs and Border Protection at 877-CBP-5511 to be sure your identification is satisfactory. ASK4 Reservations is unable to verify whether your documents will be accepted for boarding, and are not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect documentation.

Carnival Login Issues

Call Carnival's Website Technical Support at (800) 845-2599.
ASK4 Reservations does not have access to your login information for Carnival's website and will not be able to assist you in retrieving it. You must contact Carnival first. If for any reason they need us to make a change to your ASK4 account to remedy any issues, they will advise you to contact us to do so.
 

Correct The Spelling Of Your Name

If you need to make a simple name correction to the spelling of your name (e.g., Matt to Matthew, Jim to James, etc.), you can call us at 888-909-BAMA (2262) or email cruisetide@ask4ent.com. Fees are not charged for name corrections.
 

If You Need To Change Or Add A Name
Or If You Need To Cancel Someone In Your Cabin

If you need to replace a guest in your cabin, all reservation changes must be submitted in writing by completing and submitting our Name Change Form. Change fees apply.

VERY IMPORTANT: The name on your reservation MUST MATCH the name on your passport, or birth certificate and government-issued photo I.D. (first and last names only; middle names are not needed). Please click here regarding name changes as the result of a marriage, divorce or other legal name change, for information on additional documentation you may need to provide (such as a marriage certificate, etc).
