Our son Josh is going on his first mission trip this spring break. The youth group at our church is going on a week of outreach to children and families living in poverty in the Dominican Republic sugar cane growing area. A mission with many local partners and efforts there called Children for the Nations is leading this outreach, and a group of about 40 youth and leaders from our church is making up the team.
