Commencement Ceremony
The 369th Harvard Commencement will take place on Thursday, May 28, 2020. If you are planning to attend Commencement and would like to receive your diploma, then there is no need to pick up your diploma from our office before Commencement.

Not planning to attend Commencement?
Students not attending the Commencement ceremony may pick up their diploma at the Registrar’s Office starting Wednesday, March 11, 2020.

Need your diploma mailed to you?
Students wishing to have the diploma mailed may submit the Diploma Mailing Request form (the form must be notarized if it is mailed) to the Registrar's Office along with a bank check or Money Order. 

Diplomas are sent via FedEx and a signature is required at the time of delivery for all domestic shipments. The fee is $15 for the United States, $25 for Canada and Mexico, and $40 for mailing abroad.
