Thanks, Kensington!

Thanks from our vendors – When it flooded, you stepped up to keep Victorian Farmstead Meats – and the farmers who supply them - in business. When there were fires, you stayed loyal to our farmers who kept working, even though the smoke was too close for comfort.

When you show up every week to buy eggs, or tomatoes, or onions or kale or olive oil or pastries, or bread or … without your support, these vendors would cease to exist, and all the wonderful produce and products they bring would be gone from our lives. You make it possible for us to continue to enjoy the food and goods - and the people who produce it.

Thanks from our musicians – There is nothing a musician likes more than a good audience, and you deliver every week. You dance, you sing along and your kids fill the front row with rapt attention, watching accomplished musicians make real music. Go, you!

Thanks from your neighbors – You show up for the party every week, to stock your kitchens with healthy food, to bust a move at the bandstand, and to catch up on the news. You’re the reason there’s a Halloween parade. And you’re the reason that the Grinch, Santa and the Easter Bunny show up every year. You’re the reason we have a tree-lighting ceremony at the start of the winter holidays.

It’s only a party if everybody comes, and you show up every week.
Come and Get It!
News and deals from the Market …
SMIT FARMS – Niel still has fresh, crisp apples available! “We have made some fresh small batches of Applesauce, Apple Butter (this is AMAZING stuff, you must try it!), and some Blenheim Apricot Jalapeno spread that goes great on barbeque meats (pick up some ribs over at COUNTRY GRILL, although it’s also good with chicken) or charcuterie trays.
