Pinstripers' Jamboree!
To start the year off, I was invited, once again, to an annual event called the “Pinstriper’s Jamboree” at the Dallas Autorama. |
This is a yearly event where artists from all over the country come together to donate 100% of their time and talents to create art for a weekend-long auction during a massive indoor car show. ALL proceeds from the public art auction benefit the kids at The Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital in Dallas, Texas. I look forward to this event every year not only because it gives back to other in need, but also because it allows me to build friendships and learn from other extremely talented artists. The Pinstriper's Jamboree ignites my creativity for the rest of the year. |

Check out two of the art pieces I made for the first auction above!
The Esso Man artwork is painted on glass over a framed paint pallet. The wall hanging bottle opener is created with vintage Coca Cola adds from a 1940's Central Texas newspaper and hand painted with red and white pinstripes.
