For those who are not already aware, I want to share with the congregation that Fr. Jeremy experienced a medical emergency during the 10:30 pm service on Christmas Eve. He was briefly hospitalized at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields but is now home and doing well. We will have a supply priest (Fr. Shawn Evelyn) this Sunday December 29th at our combined 9:00 am Service of Christmas Lessons & Carols, as Fr. Jeremy has been directed by his healthcare providers to take some time off to rest. He fully expects to celebrate the 9:00 am Healing Mass on Wednesday, January 1st and to be back in the office on January 2nd. Until he returns, please know that Fr. Jeremy IS available for any pastoral emergencies. However, any urgent building issues should be directed to the Junior Warden, Donna Blackburn, and all other concerns should be directed to me, Pat Smith-Huntoon. Please pray for Jeremy's continued recovery and have a happy and healthy New Year.
