This campaign aims to encourage the reduction/abstinence of alcohol intake. The central campaign focusses on Dry January. The Greater Manchester Health Social Care Partnership will also be highlighting its own Drymester Initiative which promotes the guidance around abstinence of alcohol during pregnancy and during the planning of pregnancies to prevent Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).
During February, GM will be looking at the Big Alcohol Conversation, this campaign encourages you monitor your own alcohol intake and frequency and address any issues you may have.
