It seems early to be thinking about March but we saw how quickly the end of 2019 went!  Save the date to join me for a Qigong Full Weekend Retreat at the Osage Forest of Peace March 13-15, 2020.

9:30 Qigong Background and Benefits Discussion
10:30 Break
10:45 9 Phases of Qigong – Physical and Mental Practice
12:00 Community Meditation in Chapel (Optional)
12:30 Lunch
1:30 Qigong Mindfulness Exercises
2:30 Break
2:45 Guo Lin Qigong (Walking Meditation) – Outside, if weather permits
3:15 Animal Qigong
3:45 Afternoon Break & Time for Contemplation
4:45 Community Meditation in Chapel (Optional)
6:00 Supper
7:30 Qigong to Music, End of Day Discussion

8:30 Bu Zhong Qigong (medical Qigong)
9:15 Break
9:30 Resonance Qigong
10:00 Phase 10 – Sharing Qi
10:45-11:30 AM – Group Practice & Wrap-Up
12:00 PM – Brunch
