You can attend as part of a team, a club, or enter as an individual - all are welcome.
Age categories include:
- Tiny Tots (under 7 years)
- Pee Wees (7 – 9 years)
- Juniors (10 – 13 years)
- Youth (14 – 17 years)
- Adults (18 – 34 years)
- Veterans (35 – 44 years)
- Ambassadors (45 years+)
Events Include:
 Sparring (WT style) – Individual & Team (3 ppl)
Sparring (ITF style) – Individual & Team (3 ppl)
WT Poomse – Individual, Pairs (2 ppl), Team (3-5 ppl)
ITF Patterns – Individual, Team (3-5 ppl)
 ITF Traditional Sparring / Choreographed (2 ppl)
Self Defense Event (2-3 ppl)
