Our Father and our God, as we stand at the beginning of this new year we confess our need of Your presence and Your guidance as we face the future.
We each have our hopes and expectations for the year that is ahead of us—but You alone know what it holds for us, and only You can give us the strength and the wisdom we will need to meet its challenges. So help us to humbly put our hands into Your hand, and to trust You and to seek Your will for our lives during this coming year. (Read prayer here.)

Continuing to Worship the New Born King in the New Year!

This Sunday, after the 10am service, please stay and help put away our Christmas decorations and take down the tree so it can be burned during our Epiphany Celebration.

Thank you to all who participated in the Advent Conspiracy. Fr. Jerry and Stacy with Love for the Least Ministry are so thankful for our donations and sent out an enews explaining all that was accomplished in serving the refugees for Christmas in Jesus name.

The Navigation Center is Charleston’s home for a coalition of service providers working together to provide resources for Charleston’s most vulnerable population. Our own Nikki Petty is on the Advisory Board. The Charleston site is in need of items like Lysol, laundry detergent, trash bags, and other items on the wish list. Drop off items in the ministry center Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4:30 pm. |
