Good Time to Buy
Rates just dropped a bit more this week.  Experts tell us they will likely remain at these historic low numbers all year.  Many of us remember when rates were 7%, 8%, 9% or more.  It wasn't that long ago.  

Did you know that for every 1 point increase in the mortgage rate, your purchasing power decreases by approximately 10%? 

And the reverse is true also.  Lower rates mean you can pay about 10% more for your purchase and have the same monthly payment that you'd have had if your rate was a point higher.   Keep this in mind as Nashville area home prices are expected to continue rising this year.   Consider making your move sooner rather than later.
