PUMPING the Cerebral Spinal Fluid
Have you been to one of my Classes and Experienced the ELDOA™ Method? If so, have you done what we call the General ELDOA™ and heard me talk about the Cerebral Spinal Fluid(CSF) and how important it is? Did you know that every time you inhale, your sacrum flexes back slightly, and when you exhale, it flexes forward? It’s not anything that would be noticeable. The sutures of the skull open up slightly on the inhale and close back up on the exhale, The back and forth movement of the sacrum, and opening and closing of the skull promotes a wave within the CSF, which slowly pumps that CSF up the spine all the way to the brain, passing through 4 chambers (cerebral aqueducts or ventricles). It takes 12 hours to make a complete circuit, from the base of your spine all the way up to the brain, and then all the way back down to the sacrum. So in essence you can flush your brain twice a day.
