 
January 4th - Wolves A Howlin' with Matt Hawkins
It is time to shake the cobwebs off after many have had too much sitting and eating. Time to dance!
This week at the NACDS contra dance, the Wolves A Howlin' will play with calling by Matt Hawkins. The dance starts at 7:00 pm, after the 6:30 pm newcomer's workshop (which all are encouraged to attend!) at the Faith Presbyterian Church in south Huntsville, on the corner of Airport and Whitesburg Drive.
The Holiday Dance was great! An extra thanks to Janet Shepherd for pushing through with car troubles to make it to the dance and to Matt Hawkins for filling in until Janet could make it! The calling by these two and the music by Red Mountain Yellow Hammer were fantastic! Thanks also to all of our local and travelling friends who made the dance a lot of fun for me personally!
Note: Thanks for all the help with putting chairs and such away at the end of the night, I get home at a decent hour this way! Remember to bring a water bottle to help you stay hydrated. Even when it is cold out!
