Shades Retreat

2019 was an Amazing Year for Shades Retreat, as we successfully held our Tenth and final retreat in the woods of Georgia. In the company of women we held space, laughed, cried, and moved a few things around in our lives...for the better. We planted seeds.

I also heard everyone loud and clear in 2018,  when they said Shades Retreat was still needed and that 2019 could not be the last retreat. I listened while recognizing that with everything change must come. And that change is:

I announced this iteration of Shades Retreat and honestly wasn't sure if my Shades Sisters, past and present, would be "okay" with it. Well I can happily say that we have only 3 remaining spots available.  

Health and Wellness is what we seek for you, and we do this by focusing on the Mind, Body, and Spirit to help you find peace of mind with yoga, meditation, and self improvement workshops in our open outdoor space with amazing views.​

You will experience all of this and Bali (known as the "Island of The Gods") and in particular Bingin Beach, where the retreat will be located. Bingin Beach is located in the South of Bali, in the Pecatu Village. It is only 30 minutes from Denpasar Airport and less than 10 minutes to Uluwatu Temple, one of the stunning tourist destinations of Bali Island.

Expect Bali-style pampering along with guided tours to see all that Bali offers..​
