As 2019 draws to a close, I give thanks for all of those who came before us, and who stood in the face of adversity so we could advance racial equity and shared prosperity for all. I also give thanks for all of you who continue to push for a more just and inclusive metropolitan Atlanta and American South.

In your year-end giving, consider supporting the Partnership for Southern Equity. Your financial contribution will go towards our goal of raising $75,000 to expand our leadership development programs, which include the Just Energy Academy, the TransFormation Academies, and Resident Leaders for Equity Cohorts. In 2019, more than 60 people graduated from these programs designed to educate the next generation of equity leaders who aspire to be champions for equity in their communities, at no cost.
