Bringing Hope, Peace and Joy into 2020

Happy New Year lovely souls!  
Here we are again standing at the precipice of a new year! I appreciate each and everyone of you and your support of my beautiful healing practice. 

You help create the magic that lives here.  I am eternally grateful for that.  

As we head into a new year, a new decade,  I sit with the enormity of this at such a spiritual time on our planet Earth. 
In this age of new Light, consciousness about who we are and how we navigate through life is more precious than we realize.   It also feels more paramount to recognize that every day has newness.  You can reset at any point!  You can celebrate renewal at any time! 

No longer can we sit idle with our souls.  No longer can we neglect Mother Earth.  No longer can we neglect our soul's purpose.  Regardless of how small or large that is.  Every soul's journey is unique, special and purposeful.

Moving into this new year and decade,  I invite you to sit with your heart and soul.  Ask it how it wishes to feel in the next year.  Ask it what matters.  Ask it, in uncertain rawness, what it needs to let go of.  Be honest and prepare for the required action.   Do not feel amiss if you don't set resolutions.  Resolutions can set us up to fail in this 3 Dimensional life.  Instead, set intentions or just sit with your soul voice.  

Be prepared to let some things go this year.  Grieve it.  Honour the feelings.  It can be heart heavy but let them come.  You are strong enough.  You are enough.

Recently, I had what felt like a 'dark night of the soul' experience.  Emotions of grief, sadness, loss, lonliness flowed from me and into me in a breathless cycle of pain.  Logic explained it only so far... My soul supported it in my healing process.  
I found myself saying that feeling so much is a curse, a blanket of bleakness that I didn't want any more.  

And so the Universe heard me and gave me more of what I didn't want.  
That's how she rolls.  

There are no accidents.  No coicidences.  No energies that do not align at the exact moment.  

I love my emotional body.  I love my heart.  
It has allowed me to see beyond the ordinary.  It has broken me, yet restored me.  It has allowed me to let go.  It has forged beautiful connections.

So today, always and forever, I invite you to embrace, bless, honour all parts YOU that you bring into the New Year and Decade.  
You are pure love.  

Blessings for the days ahead...a year ... a decade that is meant to exactly and purely be for your journey and your highest good.
