FREE STUFF FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS
Here's my all-time favorite list of free platforms, sites and apps perfect for small business owners.  In general most of these tools are offered as freemium packages - this means there is a nearly-complete FREE version, as well as a paid version that offers more or better options.  I have been using the following tools for years and happily recommend them to all small business owners!
Mailchimp has developed into an across-the-board marketing platform for e-marketing and CRM services, perfect for large businesses and corporations.  Having said that, Mailchimp's free version is still a great tool for small business owners to manage all aspects of their e-marketing, including managing a contact database, create, design and publish newsletters, as well as review and manage e-marketing statistics. Wix offers a freemium plan for designing websites, blog sites, landing pages and more.  A free site has nearly full design and formatting options, but offer minimum SEO and 'back office' features and any domain name will include wix.com.  Still this a great way to get your online presence and marketing moving ahead with a great looking, easy-to-design website.  For information: https://www.wix.com/
Canva is one of my absolute favorite graphic tools.  This freemium tool enables you to create professional, highly-stylized, automatically-sized graphics for every need: Facebook and LinkedIn covers and profiles, social media posts, brochures, online banners, roll-ups, presentations and the list goes on and on.  Canva offers thousands of templates, thousands of free images, graphic elements, fonts and so, so much more.  Their paid version adds work group features, as well as additional fonts and images.  Learn more here: https://www.canva.com/
Pixabay is THE free image platform for every business. Buying images for your small business marketing needs can be prohibitively expensive, Pixabay offers nearly all their images for FREE and free for commercial use and requite no attribution, but as I do on my own site (www.yeassociates.com), I do give over-all credit to this site.  You can find images, photos, videos and illustrations for just about every need.  Learn more here: https://pixabay.com/
My Hours is a great little free tool that enables you to track work time for every project and, in my own business, for every client.  My Hours enables you to create and manage clients, projects and tasks and track work time in a clear and easy-to-use method. The free version is for single use, while the paid version enables you to work in teams, issue invoices and more.  Learn more here: https://myhours.com/
MeisterTask is another freemium platform that is designed to help you organize projects and tasks on personal and team levels, with easy-to-understand and manage, graphic Kanban-type boards.  Learn more here: https://www.meistertask.com/
