What a year! It’s been a big one for us here at Mimo, full of growth, change, and exciting new openings.
2019 marked some of our biggest and most satisfying projects to date. We launched our cooking school in London and opened Batera, a pintxo bar in the heart of Borough Market. We launched a pop-up bar in San Sebastián too; added exciting new experiences to our line-up in each location; and celebrated a very big birthday - 10 years of Mimo.
And we couldn’t have done any of it without you! To all of you that joined us for an experience this year, a heartfelt thank you, and we hope to see you again soon. Happy new year from all of us here at Mimo! Cheers to a new decade and a new set of adventures. May it be full of mimo and plenty of delicious meals.
