Easy Homemade Pork Ramen

And Dry January Recipes and Tips.

Bonjour friend,

As I write this, I'm sitting in the Air France lounge in Paris, on my way to Budapest for a work trip. And eating. I'll fill you in when I get back, but in the meantime, you can follow along on my Instagram.

This issue features the topics from my segments this week on Indy Style:
1. My homemade pork ramen recipe using my new Dash Dinners Pork Ramen Spice Kit! Talk about comfort in a bowl. We now offer free shipping on orders of $30 or more.
(Indiana and Ohio peeps: If you live in Evansville, Fort Wayne, Michiana, Indiana, or Cincinnati, you can also order through Market Wagon, an online farmers market.

2. My personal drink recipes and tips for sticking with your "Dry January" commitment, including a refreshing Citrus Smash POMtail and 3-Ingredient Hot Cocoa. I didn't do Dry January personally, but I think it's a great way for some people to hit the reset button. Generally speaking though, I do like to cut back on alcohol after the holidays and vacation.

Bon Appetit!

P.S. People often ask me what you need to do to get into airport lounges. We gain access by having the American Express Platinum card, which is a pretty good deal and ROI if you and your family a) flies Delta often and b) flies a decent amount.

I make the process simple and streamlined with my new Dash Dinners Pork Ramen spice kit, plus a few simple ingredients including pork butt or shoulder, scallions, plain ramen noodles, and soy sauce. Many people make January a "dry" month, omitting or cutting back on alcohol after the holiday season. If you want help staying on track with this goal or are just looking for fun nonalcoholic drink recipes, I shared two of my favorites on "Indy Style", including a sparkling smashed citrus beverage and a hot cocoa.
