This is just an update from the Older People’s Commissioner for Wales.

Strategic Equality Objectives Consultation

The Commissioner is consulting on her draft Equality Objectives for 2020-24. Under the Equality Act 2010, the Commissioner is required to publish her draft equality objectives and consult with older people and their representatives. The Commissioner wishes to actively seek the views of older people and stakeholders on her proposed Strategic Equality Objectives.

The Commissioner would be grateful for your comments by 21 February 2020 to help inform her published Equality Objectives for 2020-24.

O dan Ddeddf Cydraddoldeb 2010, mae’n ofynnol i'r Comisiynydd gyhoeddi ei hamcanion cydraddoldeb drafft ac ymgynghori â phobl hŷn a’u cynrychiolwyr. Mae'r Comisiynydd yn awyddus i gael barn pobl hŷn a rhanddeiliaid am ei Hamcanion Cydraddoldeb Strategol arfaethedig.
