Thank you so much for your support over the last 12 months_ the time has come for our AGM where we will be planning our future projects- if you have any suggestions / ideas you would like adding to the agenda please let me know before midday Friday 17th Jan - anything later than this can be included in any other business.
As you will know the Pavilion - which has been running as a cafe over the last 9 months - is up for tender at the end of this month. The tender will be posted online https://www.the-chest.org.uk/ . We are hopeful that the tendering process will address the concerns and suggestions many of you have made.
We are waiting on confirmation of venue for the meeting - and I will be back in touch as soon as this is confirmed.
