CSF Event in Northern Virginia
Please join us for a special exhibit and talk hosted by the CSF in Leesburg, VA.

Dear <<First Name>>,

I hope your year is off to a splendid start! I myself, have been busy in the studio finishing paintings and writing talks. If you happen to be in the area of Northern Virginia on Saturday January 25th, you can experience a little bit of what I have been up to. The Carl Schmitt Foundation will hosting a special small exhibit and talk at the beautiful Trinity House Café  in historic downtown Leesburg, VA.

The exhibit will feature a selection of Schmitt's work including a personal favorite, a wonderful still life with a lively red backdrop. In addition, I will be displaying a few of my own recent works.

The discussion, which I am looking forward to leading, will surround the universal call to artistic creativity.

What role does artistic creativity play in our day to day life? In what sense are we all called to be artists?

In an attempt to explore these questions I will be speaking on artistic vocation, my own career and the life of American painter Carl Schmitt (1889-1989). Please join us at the beautiful Trinity House Café in downtown Leesburg, VA for this engaging discussion and exhibit of original artwork. I recommend arriving early to explore our beautiful venue.

If you are in the area, I hope to see you there!

Warmly,

Andrew
