MLK Day. Those wishing to march in the MLK parade should meet at 9:00 a.m. in the back parking lot.

Children
 
Children’s Chapel, Sunday, 10:30 a.m. Early in the service, children 4-9 are invited to follow the crucifer to Children’s Chapel, where they enjoy Bible stories, arts and crafts, and fun with other kids. They return to the service at offertory time.
 
Adults
Adult Formation classes meet in Conference Room A unless otherwise specified.

Parish Care Committee. If you or someone you know has need of a meal, transportation, or assistance due to illness or other situation, please contact the church office, 865-523-5687 or Bea Emory, 865-687-2082, beaemory@att.net.  If you are willing to help on occasions when needs arise, please contact Bea Emory.
 
St. James Memorial Garden. The Memorial Garden is open Sundays, 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Parishioners may request it to be open during church office hours, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Other times are available upon request to the church office, 523-5687, office@stjamesknox.org
 
Inclement weather policy:
  
Regular office hours. The church office will be closed if Knox County Schools are closed, and events scheduled for that time will be cancelled.
 
Sundays. Every effort will be made to have regularly scheduled services on Sundays. If services are cancelled, we will contact local television stations and post closings on our website and Facebook page, as well as send a parish-wide email.
 
In all cases, please use your best judgement to determine what is safe for you and your family.
