Clinician Burnout or Wellness: Care Team Well-being and the Health of the Nation - February 6

Join the Illinois ACEs Response Collaborative for our next free webinar, “Clinician Burnout or Wellness: Care Team Well-being and the Health of the Nation", on Thursday, February 6th at 11:00 am CST.

In 2019, almost half of physicians reported experiencing burnout, and data suggests that other healthcare professionals experience similarly high levels. The costs of burnout to provider well-being, patient care, and the healthcare system are much too great to ignore, and there are emerging, promising practices to review and consider for implementation.

Join Dr. Audrey Stillerman from UIC's Office of Community Engagement and Lara Altman of the Illinois ACEs Response Collaborative for the first webinar in the Collaborative's new series on burnout and wellness as trauma-informed practice. The presentation will include an overview of the history and current definitions surrounding clinician burnout, as well as an introduction to multi-level strategies for prevention and intervention. This webinar is relevant for all those in the healthcare field, both clinical staff and administrators. Watch this space for more information about our upcoming sessions on how to prevent and address burnout as part of trauma-informed transformation!
