YHDP Convening - Will You Be There?

January 23rd & 24th
With just a few days left before the end of January, here is a reminder to register for an important YHDP gathering. Please mark your calendar and join us on January 23rd and 24th at the Annie E. Casey Foundation (503 N. Charles Street) for the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) Convening.

Earlier this year, Baltimore City's Continuum of Care (CoC) was selected by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to participate in the third round of the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) and was awarded $3.7M to develop and implement a comprehensive community plan to prevent and end youth homelessness.

This convening will allow us to continue to understand and address the issue of youth homelessness in Baltimore City. It will bring together service providers, youth, and other cross-system stakeholders. Registration is required. Below are the event details and registration links. We hope to see you at the convening.
