Tuesday & Thursday, Feb 18 & 20, 5:45-6:45 pm. Barre Vida® is a total body workout open to women and men of all fitness levels. This low impact toning class blends barre with exercise science, Pilates, and dance, predominantly work the slow twitch muscle fibers. Your results: a toned body, higher endurance levels, improved posture, increased core and joint stability, and body fat reduction. February 22-23, 2020. A two day in person extensive barre certification course. A NASM and AFAA provider, this Barre training course prepares instructors and trainers to teach a barre class or private training session with or without a ballet barre. It is highly encouraged that participants have one or more of the listed qualifications: Exercise science knowledge, movement knowledge, yoga certified, Pilates Certified, Fitness or Personal trainer instructor Certified, Studies in Dance, Exercise, Kinesiology, or similar, and/or have taken barre or ballet classes continually for over two years.
