Aromatherapy made simple!

Learn how to use them safely; we will talk about any contraindications with any of the oils. We will cover what each of the oils can be used to treat. Each student will get a script of the information covered in the class. 

Basic Oils I will discuss:
peppermint, rosemary, eucalyptus, grapefruit, lemon, and orange.
 

In this class we will discuss what Aromatherapy is and how plant oils work for human medicinal application. We will also cover ways to use the oils through inhalation or topically and how to determine which is best for your particular needs.
