Welcome to our new and old Location.
We are glad you found us. Our purpose is to support those with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Fibromyalgia. In keeping with that thought, at our meetings, please feel free to stand, stretch, walk around, and bring pillows for comfort. Due to the sensitivity that some members experience with fragrances, please refrain from wearing scented products to the meeting. If you know of someone who could benefit from this newsletter, please send it to them.
