It’s a treasure trove of resources for trainers!

Located on the MINTRAC website the Unit by Unit listing of resources is a must-have list for every meat industry trainer.
As well as identifying whether there are MINTRAC Training and Assessment materials available for each unit in the AMP Australian Meat Processing Training Package, we have referenced films, research reports and any resources we have come across which are relevant to each unit.
This list is updated every six months and the January 2020 release includes R&D reports, pork resources, new and updated T&A materials, new WHS materials, EAD resources and many more.
