Things everyone should remember...

• ALL students BIG SCHOOL and KINDER must be in school by 7:55 a.m. If your child is not in route and you are bringing him/her to school, you need to make the necessary arrangements to arrive on time. The only students that will be allowed to enter school after 7:55 a.m. are the ones who went to a doctor, visa/passport appointment and informed the office at least one day in advance and must show a document proving the appointment; in which case you may drop off your child ONLY at 9:30 a.m. (Big School and Kinder) or 11:00 a.m., (only for Big School). No other reasons will be accepted. Do not call school to let us know you are running late, your child will not be allowed to come in after 7:55 a.m. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
• To ensure the safety of ALL children, if your child is taking medicine and bringing it to school, PLEASE send it in a closed recycling bag or container with your child´s name and the time he/she has to take it.
• Uniform & Free Dress: We would like to remind you that children are not allowed to come with torn uniform and on free dress day with torn jeans, short/seethrough/cut blouses or short skirts.
• Fridays Dismissal:  On Fridays, due to heavy traffic, the bell will ring at 14:20 and buses will leave at 14:30. Please be on time at your bus stop.
• Party Bus Permission Slips: If your child is having a party and you rented a bus to take your guests, please send a green bus slip and attach the list with the complete name of the children you are taking. All the children who are attending the party MUST also send their green slip signed by the parent. We would like to remind you that when you rent a bus, it is not the school’s responsibility and 2 adults must ride the bus with the children. • There are NO PERMISSIONS to take your child/children out of school for trips, dance practice, sports tournaments, etc. during school hours, unless:
  • Your child has a doctor or a visa or passport appointment. In which case you may pick your child up ONLY at 11:00 am.
  • Your child’s doctor or a visa or passport appointment is early in the morning. In which case you may drop him/her off ONLY at 9:30 am or 11:00 am. 
  • No other reasons will be accepted.  Please do not call the school.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
