Here are some tips to boost your Plant-Based sales:
● 79% of millennials eat meat alternatives regularly
● Instead of using “Vegan” or “Vegetarian” labels customers respond better to items labeled “100% Plant-Based”
● Menu placement: Instead of having a separate "Vegetarian" section, add plant-based items throughout your menu - it doubles how often they are ordered!
● You don’t have to change your recipe, change the way you describe it - "Sweet Sizzlin' Green Beans" sounds far more appetizing than "Light and Low Carb Green Beans“
● Emphasize the Plant Protein as a menu call out: “14g Plant Protein”
