Temporary Lane Closure Tomorrow

A portion of North 15th Street between East Palm Avenue and East Columbus Drive will close on Wednesday, Jan. 15 for building demolition. A private contractor will demolish a house on the east side of North 15th Street between East Palm Ave and East 12th Avenue.
The northbound lane on North 15th Street between East Palm Ave and East 12th Avenue will close at 4 a.m. on Jan. 15 and will reopen to traffic by 2 p.m. on Jan. 15, weather permitting.

• Northbound and southbound traffic on North 15th Street between East Palm Ave and East 12th Avenue will be intermittently allowed on the west side of the road during construction, but expect delays.
• The sidewalks within the work area will be closed during the demolition.
• Pedestrians will be detoured to other available sidewalks with signage.

The City recommends that motorists use alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion.
