2. End of Life Planning Training
Those who are street-involved and who are precariously housed often struggle with navigating the health care system. Front-line workers often don’t have the information they need about the legal and practical resources available for clients. This workshop is designed to cover the basics of the Health Care Consent Act, knowledge about important legal documents (including Power of Attorneys), as well as planning tools and community resources available to individuals as they consider who might speak for them if they are unable to speak for themselves.
