Eruv Announcements

We need eruv checkers for Thursday January 23.  If the eruv is not checked, it can not be relied on for these Shabboses.  The eruv needs to be checked during daylight on these dates so that if repairs are needed they can be made the evening before Shabbos.  Checking the entire eruv by car takes about 1 hour.  It can be divided between multiple checkers.  If you haven't checked before you need to be trained.  Training takes about 1 hour plus.  The next training will be on Thursday November 7 at 7:00 a.m. (during the weekly check).  However, if this time doesn't work another time can be arranged.

Please contact Zusha Dean, 917-514-4052 or zushadean@gmail.com if you can help.

The PHS community relies on the Greater Crown Heights Eruv, the Brooklyn Heights Eruv, and the Park Slope Eruv. For a map of the boundaries for the eruvim please follow this link. To donate for the upkeep of the Greater Crown Heights Eruv click here

We are excited to note that the eruv covers our new home, 1027 Pacific Street. See below for a close up image of the new boundaries (Grand Ave, Atlantic Ave, Classon Ave, then Pacific Ave)
