You helped us raise $22,500! Woot!

Thank you! We are all kinds of grateful over here in this new year!

You helped us smash our goal and raise $22,500 to support getting more people of all ages learning and creating by building and making! We're sending a big shout out to our entire community for making our End-of-2019 Fundraising Campaign such a success.

We truly appreciate all the support to help foster life-changing experiences where kids and adults find passions and develop problem-solving skills that can help them realize their dreams.

We can't do all we do without all of you. Thanks so much for making a difference!

Stay tuned, and join us, for lots of exciting and inspiring things to come. Cheers to a making 2020 a great year!

What We're Making

Always making creative presents, member Trevor designed and laser cut this thoughtful and beautiful wedding gift for friends who like the outdoors and hiking. #JohnMuir

Member Ella was inspired by our December Girl Makers Club meeting sewing project to come back and redesign and make this sweet, soft bed for her cat. Great job!

Member Nate gifted this beautiful wooden cutting board he made as well as the bottle opener that he learned how to make in our Blacksmithing 101 class, and his brother made the glasses. #MakerFamiliesMaking

What We're Sharing

Our January Girl Makers Club meeting was packed with middle schoolers ready to get back to making! They designed, built and decorated wooden crank robots, made sundials specific to Atlanta's latitude, and decorated Love Flags with our friend from Gathered and Grounded. Such a brave and inspiring group of makers.
We love when our community shares their passions and skills like member James teaching our Wood Lathe 101 workshop. You rock, James!
For the fourth year in a row, we hosted Cub Scouts to help them cut, sand, drill and build their Pinewood Derby cars. So. Many. Designs. Good luck to everyone at the races!
