Thank you for expressing interest in the UCSB Teacher Education Program. We have about two weeks until the application due date on Friday, January 31, 2020. Now is a good time to tie up the loose bow strings of your application and (if needed) submit your fee waiver request if you haven't done so already.

Application Fee Waiver Reminder:

If you would like to apply to waive the application fee, you will need to submit your fee waiver request through the eApp at least two weeks before our Teacher Education Program application deadline. That means the request is due January 17, 2020. Please visit this link for more information on eligibility and how to apply. 

You are not required to submit your TEP application until the application deadline, January 31, 2020.
Application Drop-In Hours

Need some support finishing your application? Stop by our Application Drop-In Hours for personalized answers to your application questions. All drop-in hours will be held in ED 4211. Please RSVP at this event link
  • Thursday, January 16: 11:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Friday, January 17: 11:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Tuesday, January 21: 11:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Wednesday, January 22: 10:00 am-12:00 pm
Waiting on Letters of Recommendation or Testing Scores?
Is your application all ready to go with the exception of your testing scores and/or letters of recommendation? You can now submit your TEP application!
  • Your letter writers will still be able to upload after submission.
  • Your testing scores can be sent to tepapp@education.ucsb.edu. 
Bonus: Applying early allows the TEP staff to make sure you are not missing any application requirements.
