Football Fans: Don’t sit home and watch the big game alone! Join LPRW members, friends and rabid football fans.  We’ll have food, drinks, conversation, and of course, lots of fun.  President Trump, we hear, may stop by for photo-ops.

We’ll have lots of “football food”: wings, sliders, mac & cheese, chips and several dips, sausage & cheese, snacks, salad, fruit and desserts. Tickets include one beer, wine or soda. A cash bar is available.  Register today.

Golfers: Have you played Pine Forest? This golf tournament will feature a $3500 hole-in-one and a closest to the pin contest.  A portion of the proceeds helps our Vets with PTSD.

Just two miles off Hwy 71, Pine Forest was voted one of Texas’ “Top 25 Best Municipal Courses” by The Dallas Morning News and named among the “Best Places To Play” by Golf Digest magazine. If the weather prevents play, all players will get a “rain check” certificate to play another day.  Register for golf.

Winners: Our silent auction will feature baskets, including “Trump Gear”, “Wine or Whine?”, “You Can Do It”, “Grow Your Garden” and “Rally Around Trump”.  We’ll have jewelry, a firearm, golf clubs and a few surprises.

THIRD THURSDAY SPEAKER SERIES

Thursday, January 16 ~ 6:30PM to 8:30PM
First National Bank
489 TX-71, Bastrop, TX 78602
This is a free event.

In 2019, Dr. Pressley contested her 2014 election results and discovered evidence of electronic voting corruption in Travis County and that Travis (and many Texas counties) are not following state laws with regard to backup records to validate electronic voting results.

In their landmark decision, the Texas Supreme Court supported Dr. Pressley’s claims that vote tabulation irregularities and other illegalities committed by Travis County Elections in her election had legal merit and were evidence that could be used by future candidates contesting election results. Further, the Texas Supreme Court reversed almost $100,000 in sanctions that were levied against Dr. Pressley by two lower courts.

Over the last four years, Dr. Pressley has given over 300 presentations across Texas on the technical details of how Texas’ electronic voting machines are not adhering to state laws and how the Texas Secretary of State’s Election Division is providing unconstitutional waivers to election law regarding electronic voting machines. Join us for this informative presentation!
