Annual Membership Meeting Notice:
The Annual Membership Meeting will be Sunday, January 19, 2020, at
11:30 a.m. in the CommUnity Room. Brunch will be served. Everyone is welcome, but only active members will be able to vote. We will:
- Have ministry reports
- Present the 2020 Prosperity Plan
- Gauge membership “buy-in” on BINGO fundraiser(s)
- Elect board members
- Vote on the proposed bylaws amendment noted below
- Hear members’ ideas, suggestions, and feedback
Proposed bylaws amendment:
Section 4.06 - BOARD OF TRUSTEES -- MEETINGS AND QUORUM
Add subsection (C) and re-letter the current subsections.
(C) Electronic Meetings. Members may meet by telephone conference or through other electronic communications media so long as all the members may simultaneously hear each other and participate during the meeting.
