Dear Foodie and Winey friends!
We are thrilled to announce our 1st Pop-Up Dinner Event for the New Decade!
Friday, February 21st at 7:30pm.
Featuring once again, our talented friend,
Mill Valley's Bungalow 44 Chef, Gabriel Charpentier.
This outing, we are boldly going where no Pop-Up we have ever done has gone before!
So, you say you have some food allergies, maybe some things you have been advised by experts or medical professionals to eat less of, like glutens, dairy & animal fat?
Say No More! We've got you way covered this time!
We will be presenting a Completely Vegan & Gluten-Free Menu* of the most outstanding, flavorful cuisine we can muster!
*But, for those of you who have Just Gotta Have a Steak (& if you're like me, you DO!),
we have got that covered too!

Keep reading to find our just released MENU, below!
We will employ Gabe's culinary wizardry to create a healthy, yet robust feast that is as Guilt-Free, yet flavorful as it can be. But if for some reason, you cannot imagine eating out well without a nice piece of meat involved, we are offering that nice piece of meat at no extra charge.
Chef Gabe will forage his favorite local sources for the finest produce & ingredients late Winter in Marin has to offer, to fashion a menu unlike any fare available elsewhere.

As "Four-Star-Dining" is in Gabe's DNA, we anticipate a stellar array of fancy, delicious delicacies, not necessarily regularly offered-up on Bungalow's menu, or anybody else's menu, for that matter.
& as healthy as you (& your dietitian/cardiologist, Oprah Winfrey &/or Dr. Oz) please!

And here is Gabe's boundary-expanding MENU for the evening:
"Gimme a Beet"
Marinated Beets, Mango, Mustard Seed. Radish

"Mater Tartare"
Sun-dried Tomatoes, Black Garlic, Potato Crisp

"The Romans Are Coming!"
Roasted Charred Romanesco, Scorched Scallion Sauce

"Shrooms & Legumes"
Wild Mushroom Ragout, Cannellini Beans, Calabrian Chilies
"Onion, Onion, ONION, Rutabaga"
Char-roasted Rutabaga, Variety of Onions
(& for you Meat-o-Philes {& there's no shame in that!},
you can add a
Marinated Sous Vide Flatiron Steak, Grilled Medium Rare
--at no extra charge
)

"Aaaaw Nuts"
Pistachio Pannacotta (Yes, it's Dairy-Free!),
Marcona Almond, Nut Brittle

Considering all of the above wonderfulness, paired with my selection of extraordinary wines from around the world (including, as always, a genuine Top-Class French Champagne!), this will be yet another evening to remember!

As an added bonus, we will be offering substantial discounts on our featured dinner wines, for our guests to take home for future use (offer valid this evening only).
We have space available for 38 savvy diners and, as ever, we sneakingly suspect it will sell-out prior to the evening of. So act quickly!
